If you plan to attend the main Wine Fest event after the reserve tasting, be sure to purchase a Wine Tasting Package here for a free upgrade to VIP. Only 12 tickets will be sold!
Live and Silent Auctions
Live Auction: At approximately 8:00 pm be ready to bid on some exclusive items in our mini-live auction, including a New Belgium Fat Tire Cruiser. (Keep watching; more items to come!)
Silent Auction: Our silent auction is always a high-light of Wine Fest. This year will be no exception. There will be a huge variety of items to bid on spanning art, fine dining, jewelry, merchandise, services and, of course, fabulous wine and beer.
Thanks to Dennis Schick of Re/Max Alliance, VIP guests will receive a beautiful crystal Riedel wine glass to take home as a reminder of this year’s Wine Fest.
Buy a Cork Raffle
This is being sponsored by Tracey Ryk with The Group, Inc. again this year. Tracey has been a member of Disabled Resource Services' Board of Directors. You can purchase 1 cork for $20 or 3 corks for $50 and have a chance at winning $500 in cash. There will be 2 drawings of $500 each during the evening.
Food Vendors
The fine food we are treated to at Wine Fest is donated by a number of very generous local restaurants and catering establishments. Wine Fest and Disabled Resource Services thanks them for helping to make this event a tasty one.
Thanks to the many wine distributors and importers, and our local breweries, that help make Wine Fest possible. They pour about 500 wines and beers from around the globe each year at Wine Fest.
Overwhelmed when faced with 500+ wines to choose from? The wine vendors are there to help you. They can show you how to use the light to determine the vintage of your wine.
They can show you how to swirl & sniff. There is an art to tasting.
Hold a sip of wine in your mouth and let it roll around your palate. Is it heavy or light bodied?
Does the aroma and flavor stay in your mouth after you have swallowed?
These are some fun things the wine people will be glad to talk about. The beer guys will do the same things with beers.
