Welcome to the 2017 Wine Fest and another opportunity to showcase your wines in support of Disabled Resource Services.

Below are forms to RSVP and identify wines to be poured. Fill out the online forms or download the packet to email or mail to DRS. Please visit our Silent Auction page to donate wines to the silent auction.

Please complete and submit the information requested by March 1st. You can ship your wines to the Marriott up to 3 days in advance of the event. The hotel needs to have an invoice identifying your wines and that the cost is zero. The Marriott’s liquor license number is: 42982100003. Beverage Vendor Logistics

The expected attendance at Wine Fest is approximately 500 people with more than 100 vendors pouring over 500 wines. Due to the logistics involved in printing brochures, ordering supplies, organizing tables and other details, please confirm your attendance no later than March 1st.

Set-up
The ballroom is available for setup from 2:00 p.m.

We provide table linen, table location, bus tubs, ice, signage.

Please bring your wines/beers the day of Wine Fest or make arrangements for delivering your wines in advance to Supermarket Liquors. You can also ship your product to the Marriott up to 3 days in advance of the event. Those using charge/credit billing should use the Marriott’s license number, 42982100003. All wines brought into the hotel for Wine Fest must show billing to the licensee and your paperwork must accompany the wines/beers. Hotel staff will ask for your invoices and credits so have them in hand when you arrive.

VIP Wines
Wine Fest is hosting a VIP Admission from 6:00-7:00pm. Part of the attraction is VIP only wines and we request that each wine vendor bring an extra special bottle of wine to pour for VIP guests only.

Wine and Beer Donations: Private Wine Tasting and Silent Auction
Please contact Adam Ridge if you have a "reserve" wine for donation to the Private Wine Tasting.

Silent Auction
Our Silent Auction showcases rare and fine wines as well as other items. We would be extremely grateful to have items you can donate to this part of Wine Fest. Please use the Silent Auction Donation Form to list Silent Auction items.
