Below are forms to RSVP, donate to the Silent Auction and to Advertise your business in a variety of ways. Fill out the online forms or download the packet to email or mail to DRS.
Please complete and submit the information requested no later than February 20th. Scroll to the end of the page for Food Vendor Logistics. If you are interested in providing cash sponsorship to Wine Fest, please visit the Sponsorship page for details. Food RequirementsWe would like to provide a meal for our volunteers to help ensure that our paying guests enjoy the food provided. If you are able to assist with this, please let me know. Below are our food needs for this year's event.

Food Vendor Logistics
The expected attendance at Wine Fest is approximately 500 people. Due to the logistics involved in printing brochures, ordering supplies, organizing tables and other details, please confirm your attendance no later than March 10th.

Set-up
The ballroom is available for setup from 2:00 p.m.
We provide table linen, table location, bus tubs, ice, signage. Please let Marj Grell or Dan Ashbaugh know if you have additional requirements. You are welcome to decorate your table in any way you wish.

Wine Fest is hosting a VIP Admission from 6:00-7:00pm. Part of the attraction for VIP guests is passed appetizers in addition to the food vendor tables.
Silent Auction
Our Silent Auction showcases rare and fine wines as well as other items. We would be extremely grateful to have items you can donate to this part of Wine Fest. Please use the Silent Auction Donation Form to list Silent Auction items.
